Trwa Koko Self Catering is a small, new apartment building at Anse Kerlan, on the north-west coast of Praslin close to the airport. SeyVillas lists it as built in 2025.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, indoor and outdoor dining space, a washing machine, air conditioning and a private balcony or terrace with garden views.

SeyVillas says supermarkets, restaurants and Anse Kerlan beach can be reached on foot. Anse Georgette is about 2.5 km away, the golf course about two minutes by car and the Vallée de Mai about 15 minutes' drive.

SeyVillas lists 1-Bedroom Apartments (about 63 m²) with a double bed, en-suite walk-in rain shower and terrace, for up to three with an extra bed, and 2-Bedroom Apartments (about 92 m²) with a king-size bed and two single beds, a bathroom and a balcony, for up to five. All have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, wifi and hair dryer, and SeyVillas lists a fridge-freezer in the one-bedroom apartments. Baby cots and extra beds are available, and a starter pack is provided on arrival.

SeyVillas lists wifi, on-site parking, a safe, a security system and luggage storage on request. Cleaning and towel and linen changes are every three days or on request. Beach towels are available on request. Excursions to Curieuse (a full day with barbecue, snorkelling and tortoise feeding, or a half day) can be booked for a fee, and the hosts can help book dives at the Constance Lemuria dive centre.

Not directly on the beach. SeyVillas says Anse Kerlan beach, a good spot for sunsets, can be reached on foot, but gives different distances in different parts of its listing. Petite Anse Kerlan is about ten minutes on foot and Anse Georgette about 2.5 km away.

SeyVillas lists a bus stop, grocery store, restaurant, spa and the airport nearby, hiking trails about three minutes by car, the golf course about two minutes by car and the dive centre about seven minutes by car.

Not directly on the beach; SeyVillas gives different distances to Anse Kerlan beach in different parts of its listing. It warns of seaweed in June and July and recommends a hire car. Early check-in, late check-in after 18:30 and late check-out carry a fee. Minimum stay is two nights.
