SeyVillas also lists a reception, safe, security system, garden, daily cleaning, towel and linen changes every three days, and laundry on request for a fee. The group's services page offers excursions, island tours, car hire and bicycle hire; it does not say which of its three properties each service applies to.

The guesthouse has its own restaurant. The owners' website gives breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, an à la carte lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and a buffet dinner from 19:30 to 21:30; check these times, as that page was last edited in 2022. The apartments have kitchens for self-catering. SeyVillas offers breakfast-included and half-board rates, and lists gala dinner supplements for half-board guests over Christmas and New Year.
