Ocean Jewels

Ocean Jewels is a small beachside complex at Amitié, on the long Grand Anse shoreline of Praslin's west coast. Four apartments and two small villas sit in a large tropical garden, and a sandy path leads from the garden to the beach about 50 m away.

The one-bedroom apartments look onto the garden, and the two-bedroom family beach villas have three bathrooms. All units have air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast can be ordered. The tourism board lists the property with Sustainable Seychelles Silver recognition.

The owners describe it as suited to couples, families and solo travellers.

One-bedroom garden-view apartments of 80 m² with a queen-size bed, for two plus one child under 12. Two-bedroom family beach villas of 200 m² with a queen and a king bed and three bathrooms, for four plus two children under 12. Extra beds and a baby cot are available. Units have a fully equipped kitchen, living area, balcony or terrace, TV and hair dryer. Check-in from 12:00 (tourism board listing).

Wifi, bar, barbecue, daily cleaning, laundry service (fee), on-site parking, luggage storage, reception with a safe, and a security system. Sun loungers, umbrellas and beach towels are provided.

Self-catering, with breakfast available at extra cost. A bar is on site.
