Villa Aya is a small estate of four separate self-catering villas at Amitié, near Grand Anse on Praslin's west coast. The villas are spaced a few metres apart in a garden, with the road on one side and the beach a short walk away on the other.
The units range from a one-bedroom Petit Villa of about 36 m² to a three-bedroom Grand Villa of about 200 m². All are air-conditioned with a full kitchen. The pool belongs to the Grand Villa but is shared with guests in the other villas.
Grand Anse village is within walking distance, with supermarkets, shops, banks, a petrol station and a small market. OpenStreetMap shows a minimarket and a bus stop about 80 m away.

The estate backs onto the road. The pool belongs to the Grand Villa and is shared with the other villas. SeyVillas sets a two-night minimum stay and says the villas are unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. The airport transfer has to be requested three days before arrival.
