Villa Confort

Villa Confort is a family-run house in a garden at Amitié, close to Praslin airport. Guest rooms include a standard and a superior room upstairs, which can be taken together, and family accommodation on the ground floor that opens onto the veranda.

Room stays include breakfast. The whole house can also be booked, which gives five bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, but breakfast is not included in that case.

The pool measures about 7 m by 4 m and sits on a wooden deck in the garden. A bus stop and grocery shops are across the road.

SeyVillas lists families and groups as its guest types. The connecting upstairs rooms and the whole-house option suit small families or groups of friends.

SeyVillas lists a standard room upstairs (about 15 m²), a superior room upstairs (about 25 m²) and a family room on the ground floor (about 31 m²), each for up to two guests, with the family room taking up to two extra children aged 12 or under. All have air conditioning, wifi, a shower and a hair dryer, with garden and pool views; the family room also has a bathtub. The whole house (five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a kitchen) is also offered. The Tourism Department register lists it as self-catering with five rooms.

SeyVillas lists a shared pool with pool towels and an outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue, a garden, a smoking area, on-site parking, a safe and luggage storage on request. Rooms are cleaned and towels and linen changed every three days; laundry is available for a fee. Visa, Mastercard and cash in rupees, US dollars and euros are accepted. English, French and Creole are spoken.

Breakfast is included with room bookings. There is no restaurant on site; SeyVillas puts the nearest restaurant about five minutes away. The whole-house option comes with a fully equipped kitchen.

SeyVillas gives the beach at Amitié as a few minutes' walk away, about 200 m.

At Amitié on Praslin, close to the airport. Grocery shops are across the road, and SeyVillas puts the Vallée de Mai about 15 minutes' drive away.

About five minutes' drive from Praslin airport and about 25 minutes from the Baie Ste Anne ferry jetty. The nearest bus stop is about 50 m away, across the road. SeyVillas suggests hiring a car to reach beaches such as Anse Kerlan, Grand Anse and Anse Possession.

The beach is about 200 m away rather than on the doorstep. SeyVillas says the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, and sets a two-night minimum stay. Breakfast is not included when the whole house is booked. SeyVillas lists it as not currently bookable through its own site.
