The restaurant is part of Oasis Hotel, Restaurant & Spa at Grand Anse, which the hotel says is about 100 metres from the beach and two kilometres from Praslin's airstrip. The hotel says one kitchen covers six cuisines, with its Indian cooking (tandoor, curries and breads) led by Sunil, alongside dim sum and stir-fries, steaks, seafood and Creole dishes. Vegetarian and vegan options run through the menu, with a buffet at breakfast and à la carte at lunch and dinner.

The pool bar is built into the side of the pool and serves cocktails and light plates from the kitchen. The hotel says its chief bartender, BK Akendra, has won Seychelles' Best Bartender three times.
