Villa Admiral

Villa Admiral is a small beachfront property at Anse Kerlan, run by its owners. The owners describe a detached one-bedroom villa with a kitchenette, lounge and terrace, and SeyVillas lists Classic and Modern one-bedroom villas of about 54 m².

Each villa has a king-size bedroom with air conditioning, a lounge with TV and a kitchen for self-catering. Breakfast can be ordered, and the owners can book car hire, excursions and fishing trips through partners.

The position suits guests who want to be on the sand with shops close by. A supermarket and bus stops are a few minutes' walk away, and the Lemuria golf course is about 10 minutes' drive.

The owners' site adds a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ceiling fan, wardrobe and safe.

Free wifi and free parking, according to the owners. SeyVillas also lists luggage storage, a public shower room, a waiting area, a safe, board games, sun loungers, beach towels and an outdoor shower. Laundry is available on request for a fee. Languages spoken are English and French.

Self-catering, with breakfast available on request if booked at least a day ahead. The owners point guests to restaurants across the island, and SeyVillas notes a grocery store, restaurant and takeaway nearby.

The villas sit directly on Anse Kerlan beach; SeyVillas gives the distance to the sea as about 8 m.

At Anse Kerlan on Praslin's north-west coast. The owners give about 10 minutes' drive to the Lemuria golf course and Anse Georgette, about an hour's hike to Anse Lazio and under 9 km to the Vallée de Mai. OpenStreetMap shows the Super Value supermarket about 360 m away.

About 2 km from Praslin airport. The owners offer an airport and jetty shuttle on request, day-trip car transfers and car hire through a partner, all for a fee. The nearest bus stops on OpenStreetMap, Anse Kerlan Supermarket, are about 320 m away.

SeyVillas only accepts guests aged 13 and over, sets a three-night minimum stay (two nights only on a non-refundable booking) and says the villas are unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. It warns that seaweed can wash up between June and October. The official site says cleaning is daily, while SeyVillas lists every three days. Extra services such as breakfast, laundry, transfers and car hire cost extra.
