Anse Kerlan Beach Chalets

Anse Kerlan Beach Chalets is a small family business right on Anse Kerlan beach, on the north-west coast of Praslin, near the Lemuria golf course. The owners say hawksbill turtles nest on the beach, mainly from September to February, and that the chalets look out to Mahé, Silhouette, North Island, Cousin and Cousine.

There are three self-catering units in Creole style. Each has a sitting room, a small dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. SeyVillas describes the units as sitting within one large Creole-style beach villa, set in a sandy garden edged with granite boulders.

The chalets take adults only. The owners put the airport about 2 km away, and a supermarket is within walking distance.

The owners describe each as having a Creole-style veranda with beach view, a furnished sitting room, a small dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV, air conditioning, safe and hair dryer. SeyVillas lists an oven, stove, microwave, toaster and fridge-freezer in the kitchen.

The owners list free wifi, free parking, a fish-cleaning area and maid service, and can help arrange boat trips, car hire, taxis, scuba diving and big-game fishing. SeyVillas lists sun loungers, beach towels, a library, luggage storage and a paid laundry service, with cleaning every two days and towels and linen changed every three days.

Self-catering only. SeyVillas says a supermarket is within walking distance and there are restaurants and takeaways nearby. OpenStreetMap shows Capricorn Islander's restaurant about 490 m away.

Praslin airport is about 2 km away and the Baie Ste Anne jetty about 13 km (owners). The owners recommend a hire car and can arrange car hire or a taxi. The nearest SPTC bus stop on OpenStreetMap is Anse Kerlan Supermarket, about 340 m away.
