Le Domaine de L'Orangeraie Resort & Spa

Le Domaine de L'Orangeraie spreads through tropical gardens at Anse Sévère. The resort says the land was once a coconut plantation, and its Seychelles Tourism Board listing puts the property at 63 villas.

Accommodation ranges from 60 sq m Garden Rooms and hillside Villas de Charme with outdoor bathrooms to 100 sq m Garden Suite Residences designed for families, Pool Villas with a plunge pool, and a 485 sq m Presidential Villa for up to six guests with a private infinity pool and a butler. The resort says its Villas de Charme are built from locally sourced materials, and it describes its Pool Villa as zen in style.

The Eden Rock Spa sits among granite boulders on the heights above Anse Sévère, with views over the water to Praslin and treatments the resort describes as inspired by Asian traditions. Meals are served at the Santosha buffet restaurant and the à la carte Combava, with drinks at the Alambic Bar, a pool bar and a beach bar.

The tourism board listing describes the resort as a stay for couples and families. The resort designs its Garden Suite Residences with families in mind and pitches its Pool Villa at two adults.

The resort's address is Anse Sévère and it runs a bar in its beach area. It does not describe the walk from the rooms to the sand.

Villas de Charme sit on the hillside slopes. Spa treatments are by appointment, and out-of-hours appointments must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. The Pool Villa is designed for two adults. The resort is scheduled to close for renovation from 1 to 21 December 2026, with last departures on 30 November and first arrivals again on 22 December (Creole Travel Services, checked 16 September 2026).
