Alambic Bar sits opposite the lobby of Le Domaine de L'Orangeraie, the resort at Anse Sévère just north of La Passe. The resort's dining page files it under "exotic sips and bites" and gives hours of 12:00 to 22:30.

It is one of three bars at the resort, alongside a Pool Bar (11:00 to 23:00) and a Beach Bar (12:00 to 20:00). Meals are served at Santosha Restaurant (breakfast and dinner buffets) and Combava Restaurant (à la carte lunch and dinner).

A notice published by Creole Travel Services says the resort will close for renovation from 1 to 21 December 2026, with the last departures on 30 November and guests returning from 22 December.
