Yasad Luxury Beach Residence is a small group of self-catering apartments at Anse St Sauveur, on the south coast of Praslin close to Anse Bateau. The owners say the beach is on the doorstep. SeyVillas notes that a small coastal road with little traffic runs between the building and the sand, and that the house dates from 1996 and was renovated in 2016.

There are four unit types: a one-bedroom studio with a basic kitchen top, a one-bedroom en-suite apartment, and two- and three-bedroom apartments with full kitchens. The owners list air conditioning, a safe, cable TV, free wifi and free local calls in every unit, along with beach towels and daily maid service.

Breakfast can be added at extra cost. The owners also arrange transfers, car hire, island hopping, fishing and diving trips.
