Beach Villa Guesthouse sits on the sand at Grand Anse, in north-west Praslin, at the edge of the village. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are close by.
A couple run it as a family business. SeyVillas says the owner is a keen fisherman and can advise on boat trips and excursions, and that the villas face the sea, each with a private veranda.
The stay is on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Dinner can be booked on site from Monday to Friday, and a barbecue can be arranged for a fee.

SeyVillas lists wifi, air conditioning, a safe at reception, beach towels, an outdoor shower, a public shower room, a garden and on-site parking. Rooms are cleaned daily; linen is changed every four days and towels on request. Fishing can be arranged on request for a fee. Visa, Mastercard and cash in rupees, US dollars and euros are accepted.
