Anse Boudin Chalets & Villa is a family-run complex built into the hillside at Anse Boudin, on Praslin's north coast. SeyVillas lists it as built in 2024.

The owners offer a sea-view villa for up to seven guests and six apartments, each with an en-suite master bedroom, a kitchen and a balcony. Upper-floor apartments look out to sea and ground-floor ones over the garden. Five giant tortoises live on the property.

The owners include toiletries, bathrobes, streaming TV, board games, a barbecue and snorkelling gear. They can book boat trips, diving, fishing, car hire, transfers and massages. Anse Lazio is about five minutes' drive away, per SeyVillas.

The owners say it sleeps up to seven. The six apartments (about 58 m² each per SeyVillas) have an air-conditioned master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a living room with sofa bed for a child up to 15, a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, satellite TV, wifi and a balcony or terrace.

The owners list toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, high-speed wifi, streaming services, a wake-up call service, board games and puzzles, a barbecue area and snorkelling equipment. On request they book boat excursions, fishing, diving, day tours, car hire, private airport or jetty transfers and spa or massage treatments. SeyVillas also lists a reception, luggage storage, safe, on-site parking, a garden, beach towels and sun loungers, with daily cleaning and linen changes every two days.

The owners can arrange private airport or jetty transfers and car hire. SeyVillas recommends hiring a car.

SeyVillas warns of building work on the neighbouring property, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm, expected to last until 31 January 2027. It also warns of seaweed between November and April and recommends a hire car. The owners' services are booked through third parties rather than run on site. Minimum stay is two nights (SeyVillas).
