Bois d'Amour is a group of traditional Creole chalets built almost entirely of wood, set well apart in a large tropical garden at the foot of a green hillside in Anse Réunion.

There are four half-chalets for two people and a detached family house for four. Kitchens are equipped for self-catering, and the owners say small shops and restaurants are under 100 metres away. The jetty and the nearest beach are each about 1 km off.

The houses are raised for air circulation and have open verandas; the bedrooms in the half-chalets also have air conditioning. Breakfast can be served on your veranda for €14 per person (Bois d'Amour, checked 16 September 2026), booked the day before. The property holds Sustainable Seychelles Silver recognition.

Getting there

The owners book a taxi from the jetty, SCR 200 for two people, and work with a local bicycle rental at SCR 150 per bike per day (Bois d'Amour, checked 16 September 2026).
