Paradise Sun is at the quieter western end of Côte d'Or, where granite boulders mark the edge of the beach. It is run by the Southern Sun group. Its 26 bungalows are built in a French-Creole style with high ceilings, wooden floors and wide verandas, and they hold 80 rooms between them. They face St Pierre island across the water.

Meals are taken beside the pool and at the St Pierre Beach Restaurant, which serves Creole-style food. Breakfast and dinner are included in the room rate. The spa uses natural products gathered on the islands.

For children there is a child-friendly pool, a Beach Clubhouse with snorkel masks and games, and a weekly calendar of activities.
