St Pierre Beach Restaurant
St Pierre Beach Restaurant is the beachfront restaurant of the Paradise Sun hotel at the western end of Côte d'Or on Praslin. It serves an à la carte lunch of Creole dishes and familiar favourites, and themed buffets in the evening.
St Pierre Beach Restaurant is Paradise Sun's restaurant on Côte d'Or beach, with sand underfoot, a high palm-leaf ceiling and the sea alongside. Lunch is à la carte: the hotel lists Creole dishes, pizzas, seared tuna, a seafood espetada and a Creole curry of octopus or chicken, with a shorter late-lunch menu afterwards.
In the evening the hotel runs themed buffets that change through the week, among them Asian, barbecue, Creole, roasts, Italian and seafood, with live cooking stations and vegetarian options. The hotel says local bands play four nights a week. At Sunday lunch there is a fish market, where diners choose a fish, a sauce and how it is cooked.
Room rates at Paradise Sun include breakfast and dinner.
