Azzura Dive Center
Azzura Dive Center is part of La Digue Island Lodge at Anse Réunion. It is a PADI centre teaching courses from Bubblemaker and Discover Scuba Diving through Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and Emergency First Response to Divemaster, and it runs guided dive trips and snorkelling trips.
How it works
Divers meet at 8.30am for morning dives and 2pm for afternoon dives. The boat takes up to 12 guests, with diver numbers set by experience and certification, and the centre's home page says groups are kept to five divers per guide. Non-divers can join a dive trip to snorkel for 55 euros or ride along for 30 euros, and a Discover Scuba Diving session from the sea costs 90 euros for one dive, according to the centre's site on 16 September 2026. Payment is by cash or card at the hotel reception. Boat trips are usually cancelled in bad weather, depending on diver experience.
Sites
SeyVillas recommends diving at Marianne Rock, Ave Maria, White Reef, Channel Rock, Sister Reef and Cayman Rock from La Digue. It describes grey reef sharks resting on the sand at Marianne Rock with schools of snappers and turtles, and large moray eels off Marianne's southern tip, noting the site is visited less often because of the distance. Sister Reef goes to 24 metres, with grey reef sharks, yellowfin tuna and stingrays reported. Trek Divers, which SeyVillas and its KOEK page place in La Passe, is a second PADI dive centre on La Digue; its own website describes dive trips around the islands on a private yacht and carries a 2025 to 2026 price list.
Seasons and safety
Azzura names February to April and October to December as the prime months, with diving possible year-round. It asks divers to complete a medical questionnaire, to hold insurance covering scuba diving and emergency evacuation, to keep neutral buoyancy without touching marine life, and to carry a delayed surface marker buoy.

For snorkellers who stay on land, SeyVillas lists Anse Sévère, Anse Source d'Argent and Anse Gaulettes.
