Heliconia Grove is a Seychellois-owned and managed group of eight individual self-catering villas spread across 13,000 m² of garden at Côte d'Or. The grounds include about 100 metres of direct frontage on the beach, which the owners describe as one of the safest on Praslin.
Sustainability is a large part of its identity. It was awarded the Seychelles Sustainable Tourism Label, all villas have solar hot water, and 40 photovoltaic panels supply over 30% of its estimated electricity use. The architecture is Seychellois Creole with exposed wooden roofs, and the open grounds leave space for children to play and for family barbecues.
