The Sushi Room

The Sushi Room is a dinner-only sushi restaurant at Raffles Seychelles on Anse Takamaka, in the north-east of Praslin. Raffles says the chef prepares sushi, nigiri, maki and sashimi at the bar from locally caught fish such as snapper, jackfish, tuna and jobfish.
