Each two-bedroom villa sleeps up to four, with a queen-bedded room on each floor, a large decked terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests get a breakfast starter pack and a barbecue starter pack, and discounted green fees at the Lemuria golf course five minutes' drive away.

Praslin airport is 3 km away and the Baie Ste Anne jetty 14 km. Bus stops are just outside on the main road; car hire and taxis can be arranged.

Children under 12 are not accepted (tourism board listing, updated March 2026). Housekeeping is daily except Sundays and public holidays. The three-bedroom beach villa appears on the tourism board and SeyVillas listings; the villas' own website shows only the two garden villas.
