Villas Coco Beach

Villas Coco Beach is a small set of self-catering villas at Anse Kerlan, built in 2018 in a tropical garden that leads down to a small sunset-facing beach. The villas' website puts the beach under a minute's walk away; the tourism board listing says 150 m. The owner lives on the property.

Each two-bedroom villa sleeps up to four, with a queen-bedded room on each floor, a large decked terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests get a breakfast starter pack and a barbecue starter pack, and discounted green fees at the Lemuria golf course five minutes' drive away.

Each villa: decked terrace; ground-floor queen bedroom with en-suite shower; open-plan lounge with cable TV, DVD and telephone; laundry area with washing machine; kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine; upstairs queen bedroom with open-plan shower and separate toilet. Air conditioning throughout.

Free unlimited wifi, free local calls, electronic safe, bed linen and beach and bath towels, barbecue with charcoal starter pack, and daily housekeeping except Sundays and public holidays.

Each villa has a ground-floor queen bedroom with en-suite shower. The second bedroom is upstairs, reached by an open wooden staircase.

Self-catering, with a breakfast starter pack of water, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, juice, local fruit, bread and butter. Restaurants in the area range from hotel dining to Creole restaurants and takeaways.

The villas' website says the garden leads to a small beach less than a minute's walk away; the tourism board listing says the garden villas are a 150 m walk down the garden to the beach area.

Anse Kerlan, north-west Praslin. Grocery and souvenir shops are a few minutes' walk; the Vallée de Mai is within 7 km.

Praslin airport is 3 km away and the Baie Ste Anne jetty 14 km. Bus stops are just outside on the main road; car hire and taxis can be arranged.

Children under 12 are not accepted (tourism board listing, updated March 2026). Housekeeping is daily except Sundays and public holidays. The three-bedroom beach villa appears on the tourism board and SeyVillas listings; the villas' own website shows only the two garden villas.
